RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please reach out to kemeticlivinginthe21stcentury@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return to the address that accompanies your RMA.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for these charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

You may also request a prepaid USPS shipping label  from customer service. If you use the prepaid shipping label, the return cost will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 business days after the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

To maintain competitive prices for our customers, we do not allow exchanges at this time. However, defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service at kemeticlivinginthe21stcentury@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide clear photos of the defective or damaged products on a flat, well-lit surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

 

State whether or not shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes. 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All shipping is fulfilled by the USPS. Orders of twenty dollars or more are sent USPS Priority, without exception as all packages include tracking and are insured up to $50.00, if you would like to add additional insurance, please be sure to choose this option at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Yes, since all packages are mailed through USPS, we can ship to P.O. boxes and or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive your shipment confirmation and tracking number from customer service within 3-5 business days from the time of order. 

 

Damages

Kemetic Living: Menyet Ankh En Ma’at, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at kemeticlivinginthe21stcentury@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
