The Ancient Kemetyu used a combination of magical rituals and plant-based healing to cure ailments. They further understood how the essential ingredients of milk, honey, Aloe Vera, avocado, almond oil and rose water could transform skin to supple, soft, smooth and beautiful. The Ebers Papyrus, a source for medical knowledge, instructed people to mix animal and vegetable oils with alkaline salts for washing and treating skin diseases. Hygiene and personal appearance was essential to the culture, as they tended to bath a number of times a day due to the hot climate. In ancient Kmt, it was believed that the cleaner and well-oiled a person was, the closer they were to the NTRU.
